A Fistful of Shrimps it is a social and environmental journalism project. Here I explore the consequences of the raise of seafood production on mangrove ecosystems and the preservation solutions proposed by local coastal communities in Indonesia. The project was conceived together with Elisabetta Zavoli, with the contribution of “The Innovation in Development Reporting Grant Program” of the European Journalism Center (EJC).
